yoyo all... Wee here again.. xD wanted to post the bball training as request by lao da yi xuan..
1. we run around the bball court for 20 laps, the last person must overtake to the 1st person.
2. warm up
3. do layups by the 4 corners.
4. push-ups
5. vertical jump.
6. shuttle run.
7. 'da ban'.
8. sit-ups
9. repeat the 4-8
10. start to play 5-5 =)
